Twenty five teams will be at the start of the classic Gent –Wevelgem, contested on Wednesday, April 11, 2007.

These 207 kilometers, with no less than twelve intermediate sprints along the route will definitely suite the sprinters. René Haselbacher (AUT), who will lead his seven teammates from the Astana Cycling Team, will be particularly delighted by this challenge.
